In our quest to become our client’s Mortgage Consultants for Life, there have been instances where we have counseled clients who would gain no benefit whatsoever by refinancing their current loan. We explained, in detail, why refinancing did not make sense at that time and the clients were appreciative of our honest and up-front advice. In turn, they remained in contact with us and called upon us at a later time when they were moving and needed a loan to purchase their new home. I have been in the real estate closing business since 1993. I have worked with an endless number of lender and brokers. Crystal and Lisa would be at the top of my list if I had to make a list of BEST Brokers.
