Hello, my name is Crystal Self. I am co-owner of Evergreen Home Mortgage, LLC along with my business partner, Lisa Shelton Burns.

I have lived in Metro-Atlanta for 17 years and have worked in the Real Estate Industry for the past eight years. My experience in this Industry began on the Closing Attorney side of the mortgage process. I have experience in all aspects of the closing process from reviewing sales contracts, examining title searches on properties, resolving title issues, obtaining documentation needed for closings, preparing closing documents for multiple Lenders and resolving post closing issues and follow up. My last position in the Closing Attorney side of the loan process was Closing Secretary for a top-named Law Firm in Atlanta.

For the past 3 ½ years, I have been employed in the Mortgage Industry. My experience in this area began as a processor, handling anything that was needed to get borrowers to the closing table with as little stress on them as possible. After completely understanding how the process worked, I quickly began originating my own loans. After two years of being employed by one Mortgage Broker, I decided to partner with a colleague and open my own business. I am currently a fully license Mortgage Broker in the State of Georgia and a proud co-owner of this Company. Lisa and I have worked together for 4+ years now and have worked side-by-side in Mortgage Origination for the past 3 years.

My business philosophy is to assist and educate my clients so they are able to make the most informed decision regarding their home financing needs. I treat my clients with care and respect, just as I would like to be treated by any other professional in this Industry or any other Industry.

My goal with every client is to become his/her Mortgage Consultant for life and maintain a lasting relationship, long after the closing has taken place.
