Although we are licensed as a Mortgage Broker, we focus more on educating and informing our clients. In that, we build lasting relationships for years to come. Our goal is to become each client’s Mortgage Consultant for Life. We have multiple phone conversations with each new client, allowing them to ask questions and us to assess their unique individual situation before ever offering advice on what they should do. We treat our clients the way we expect to be treated and we tell the truth.
Our goal is to make every client’s mortgage process the best experience it can possibly be. Is there stress involved in buying a home or refinancing a mortgage? Certainly! Our focus is to make the process as stress-free as possible. We pamper our clients along the way by special mailings and we are there for them at their closing, just in case there are any last-minute questions.
